Tees Cottage Pumping Station - Open Weekend

At Tees Cottage, we’re proud to preserve and operate an incredible collection of engineering heritage. Our aim is to preserve the site and its engines in running condition for the benefit and enjoyment of future generations and also to educate visitors on the history and story behind Darlington & Teesside's water supply. 

We have select open weekends annually where we invite the public to come and learn about the pumping station. Our next open weekend is 5th - 6th September.

The theme of the September open weekend is Teddy Bear's picnic.
